Spring Break Part 1

We couldn't figure out a better way to spend our spring break than with our friends, the Claytons,  so we planned a couple of play dates between visits from out of town family of ours and theirs.

The first date they came up to our house.  We began by playing at the public rec center/polideportivo with scooters and balls.

We then went for an aqueduct walk...

and picnic, while Kamree picked flowers along the way.

We went back to our house, learned some new games....

 and some new origami.

We ended the super fun day with some more fun in the playland at KFC.

Tour of Europe

A couple of days later we traveled through Europe on our scooters and rollerblades.

The day was super bright, sunny and hot, thank heaven for water.

Most of the kids cooled themselves off quite efficiently.

Clara and Kamree!

Brent on one side of the Berlin wall and Mason on the other.

After eating a picnic the boys had a lengthy wrestling match.  I think Mason won this one.

I'm not sure what the birds had to do with Europe but we didn't care since they entertained the kids.

Molly, the 3 year old,  growled and scared the peacock open.

We ended with some playground time so the boys could hog the swings for an hour.
